October is Scouting Month. Everyone is encourage to support the programs and activities of the Local Scouting Movement under the theme "Scouting Builds Movement".

The Scouts can do much better than using walis ting-ting and pandakot.
Give them a tour how our courts, police station, fire department works...
Encourage Scouts to learn Ham Radio,Map Reading,Compass,Knotting, and Surveying. These Skills can make the Scout Parents very Proud;and these are a PLUS when they become all adults.
Ham radio can be a good hobby

We should encourage more GIRLS from Public Schools to Scouting.
We should encourage too " NGO's" to cooperate/participate on Scouting activities.

These is a good Theme "Scouting Builds Movement"
A Movement that can LEAD.
A Movement that can SOLVE PROBLEMS.
A Movement that can Do Critical Thinking.
